臺大戲劇研究所畢業。現今從事電視劇、電影、舞台劇編劇。

電影劇本《幻夢台北》、《雨生台北》獲「拍台北」電影劇本獎；《黑卡》入圍2013金馬創投；《目擊者》獲一百年度國產電影片劇本開發補助獲選名單。

舞台劇本《Dear God》、《我是傳奇葩》、《不如這樣吧Blue John》、《我為你押韻》獲台北文學獎，《愛錯亂》入圍台灣文學獎決審，《掰啦女孩》獲教育部文藝創作獎。劇本演出紀錄包含創作社劇團《我為你押韻-情歌》、大鳥是一種貂《屎蛋》、創作社劇團《愛錯亂》(聯合報評選「十大錯過可惜」表演節目)、台北藝穗節《不如這樣吧Blue John》、創作社劇團《掰啦女孩》。

參與的電視劇編劇作品有三立都會台《美味的想念》、《我的自由年代》、TVBS《A咖的路》。

“Birdy” Fong, a graduate from National Taiwan University‘s Graduate Institute of Drama and Theatre, is a screenwriter for television programs, movies and stage plays.

His movie scripts "Taipei Fantasy"(幻夢台北), "Yu-Sheng Taipei"(雨生台北) won "Film Taipei" screenplay awards. "Black Card"(黑卡) was a finalist in the 2013 Taiwan’s Golden Horse Film Project Promotion. "Eyewitness"(目擊者) was a winner of the 2011 grant project that promotes domestically produced motion pictures.

He has many award-winning scripts for stage plays. "Dear God", "I am a Legend"(我是傳奇葩), "So be it, Blue John"(不如這樣吧Blue John), and "For You I Rhyme"(我為你押韻) won the Taipei Literature Award; "Love Disorder"(愛錯亂) was a finalist of Taiwan's Literature Award; and "Bye-la Girl"(掰啦女孩)won the Ministry of Educations’ Art and Literature Award. Many of his screenplays were put on to stage, including "For You I Rhyme - a Love Song" by Creative Society; “”by Big Bird is Mertan;"Love Disorder" by Creative Society (United Daily News named it as one of the "Ten Can’t Miss Performance Programs”); "So be it, Blue John" during the Taipei Fringe Festival; and "Bye-la Girl" by Creative Society.

He has also written scripts for television dramas, including works such as "A Hint of You" and "In a Good Way" in SET Metro channel and "Rock N' Road" in TVBS.
